I have always been interested in people and their bodies! I feel it’s so important to take responsibility for looking after ourselves by eating well, exercising regularly and keeping stress to a minimum. In the past I’ve taught both Aerobics and Pilates but these days, I keep healthy and fit by walking my dogs daily and going to the gym.
I discovered Amatsu after my husband had been successfully treated for a persistent and very debilitating back issue. Despite trying many types of treatment, nothing seemed to work and in desperation he tried something he’d never heard of – Amatsu! After just 3 sessions, he was dramatically improved and able to move around without pain.
After seeing what Amatsu could do for my husband, I decided to try it myself for neck and shoulder issues that had been bothering me for years. I was so impressed with how I felt after the sessions, that I was happily recommending it to everyone I met and in 2012, decided to train as an Amatsu Practitioner.
I qualified with distinction in 2013 as a fully qualified Amatsu Practitioner but have continued with more training and knowledge:-
